Mariah Carey’s “It’s a Wrap” has reached 100 million Spotify streams, according to a report published by Mariahpedia on September 25, 2026. The website says it is her 30th song to reach that threshold.
The count refers to the original recording. The milestone reported by the specialist website was not independently checked against Spotify’s counter for this article.
The track gained renewed exposure when a sped-up version circulated on TikTok in 2023. The moment helped introduce the song, originally released in 2009, to listeners who had not followed its initial release.
The release history compiled by The Mariah Network identifies the recording as part of Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel. A version with Mary J. Blige later appeared as a bonus track on the deluxe edition of 2014’s Me. I Am Mariah… The Elusive Chanteuse.
On February 10, 2023, the song received a digital EP release. It brought together the sped-up version, the Mary J. Blige remix and a shorter edit.
The song also reached vinyl in December that year. Official Charts records show that “It’s a Wrap” peaked at No. 24 on the UK physical singles chart and No. 22 on the vinyl singles chart in December 2023.
