Mariah Carey’s ‘Merry Christmas’ has officially re-entered the ARIA Albums Chart this week at No. 28, following a campaign initiated by Mariah Carey Australia to rectify the error that prevented the classic Holiday album from charting the previous three weeks.
‘Merry Christmas’ also remained at No. 4 on the ARIA Catalogue Chart and re-entered the Digital Albums Chart at No. 20. The album is steadily approaching certification for six times Platinum.
Mariah’s modern holiday standard, ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ has bulleted 20 places on the Singles Chart to No. 50 this week. The single is expected to continue rising over the next two chart weeks, as Christmas Day approaches.
