Mariah Carey’s new album ‘Me. I Am Mariah… The Elusive Chanteuse’ is sitting at No.6 on today’s overall sales chart based on sales up to midnight 26 May,2014. The difference between No.6 & No.10 is less than 350 copies, so there is no guarantee that the album will finish with a Top 10 placing as currently there are no signs of any promotional activity in the UK.
If “Me. I Am Mariah” manages to hold it’s current sales levels, the album will be her highest charting entry since 2008’s E=MC² which peaked at No.3.
