Popular UK Entertainment website Digital Spy have listed Mariah’s new track, Thirsty, as one of their ’10 Tracks You Need To Hear’ this week:
‘You would think I would be all about the singles-driven situation,” Mariah recently said of her new release. “And I am in a way, but with this particular album I want my fans to hear it as a body of work.” But where does new cut ‘Thirsty’ fit into all of this? It could quite possibly be Mariah’s most radio-friendly R&B ditty in quite some time, and with some addictively bouncy production from Hit-Boy, it’s almost as good as her new album title. Almost.
